RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION
All appointments MUST B E RESCHEDULED/CANCELED WITHIN NO LATER THAN 48 BUSINESS HOURS. If not, you will be charged full price of services.
Appointment must be cancelled/reschedule over the phone call, text message, email. I do not honor cancellation via any social media platform.
LATE ARRIVALS, NO SHOW - NO EXCEPTION
NO SHOW or LATE ARRIVALS if you are late(15 minutes or more) you will be considered a no show and charged full price and be required to reschedule.
YOU MUST BE 18 years of age or older to schedule appointment and have a service done. Unless you are accompanied by an adult.
I reserve rights to reject a client/or to stop a service at any time, for any reason (usually if I believe that there are some contraindications, or you are not good candidate for the treatment or because of your safety during procedure)
NO CHIDREN ARE ALLOWED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Booking fee and other payments can be paid by credit card over the phone, via online booking on my website.
I do require all clients to have a card on file to book an appointment. You must be a card holder or authorized card holder.
Tattoo Clients : $50-$100 non refundable deposit fee to book appointment. Must present a valid state ID/DL before EVERY procedure/appointment otherwise I won’t perform services; in this case, you will lose your deposit and will be asked to prepay full service price to book your next appointment.
